Accreditation Information
- The Ministry of Education transferred the voluntary masters and doctorates program accreditation procedures to the Comision Nacional de Evaluacion y Acreditacion Universitaria (CONEAU). CONEAU ensures and improves the quality of post-secondary education institutions operating in the Argentine university system.
- International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) does the research regarding educational systems in Latin America, which allows decision makers to get the most updated and contextualized view for the planning, management, and evaluation of educational policies.

Accreditation Information
- The Ministry of Education (MEC) is the government ministry that is responsible for determining the policies and direction of the education system in Brazil.
- The National Council on Education (CNE) is responsible for formulating and evaluating the national education policy, ensuring the quality of education, and ensuring the compliance with the educational legislation.
- Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais (INEP) is a federal agency linked to the Ministry of Education, responsible for evaluations and examinations, statistics and indicators, and for the management of knowledge and educational studies.
- Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) is a foundation within the ministry of education to improve the quality of Brazil’s faculty and staff in higher education through grant programs. CAPES is particularly concerned with the training of Doctoral candidates, Pre-doctoral short-term researchers, and Postdoctoral Scholars.
